MEN WHO HAVE mild circulatory problems that impair their ability to get an erection may benefit from certain exercises–so much, in fact, that the exercises may rival Viagra in effectiveness.
When researchers at Cologne University in Germany had patients do exercises that improve the blood supply around the pelvis, buttocks and upper-leg muscles–specifically, squats, pelvic lifts and leg lifts–participants experienced on average a 46% increase in erectile rigidity.
In all, 80% of participants claimed to have better erections, as opposed to just 18% in a control group of non-exercises.
Uh, still feel like blowing off your workout today?
