It should be the time of her life for Jennifer Love Hewitt, instead the newly engaged actress is taking to the Internet to speak out about unflattering photos of herself snapped by the paparazzi during her Hawaiian getaway with fiancé, Scottish actor Ross McCall.
“Like all women out there should, I love my body,” Hewitt, 28, wrote on her blog after photos of her in a bikini hit the Web. “I know what I look like, and so do my friends and family.”
Hewitt, who has modeled for Hanes, explains, “I’ve sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women’s bodies are constantly scrutinized. To set the record straight, I’m not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image.”

She adds, “A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn’t make you beautiful. … To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist, put on a bikini – put it on and stay strong.” -

I agree… I love how the media is always says that eating disorders are on the rise…. but then they pic someone like Jennifer Love Hewitt to pick on when she is clearly a positive role model for young women, and she is happy with the way that she looks…. to some extent I think that the media, endorses eating disorders by telling celebrities that they are fat…. then down grade them when they have an eating disorder. Way to go Jenn!
