Malaysia’s Genting Highlands Resort Casino mystery cutie is caught completely nude, photographed at secret locations, conference rooms and reclining on top of a poker table in the sprawling mega-casino.
A self-proclaimed City of Entertainment, Genting is Malaysia’s low-budget, family-friendly, attempt at Las Vegas. The primary draw is that Genting is the only place where you can gamble legally in Malaysia, but there’s also a theme park to keep the kids amused.
Genting Highlands is a mountain peak within the Titiwangsa Mountains on the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor of Malaysia and is home to a famous mountain resort by the same name which can be reached by car from Kuala Lumpur in one hour.
Genting Highlands is also home to a 100 million year old forest.
As a plus, being located up in the highlands means it’s cooler than the steamy lowlands. Facilities in this resort include two theme parks, a Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum, a wind-turbine sky diving simulator, golf courses and shopping malls.
In 2006, Guinness World Records listed the First World Hotel as the world’s largest hotel with a total of 6,118 rooms. It was later surpassed by The Venetian Las Vegas and MGM Grand Las Vegas, which have 7,128 and 6,852 rooms respectively.
Genting Highlands was founded by the late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong in the late 1960s. He was once the 3rd richest man in Malaysia with a net worth estimated to be $4.2 billion, making him the 204th richest person in the billionaire list compiled by Forbes.
Lim Goh Tong was married to Lee Kim Hua, together they had six children and nineteen grandchildren. The six children are Lim Siew Lay, Siew Lian, Siew Kim, Tee Keong, Kok Thay and Chee Wah.
Lim wrote his autobiography “My Story – Lim Goh Tong” and it was published in 2004. In the book he wrote about his early life, how he started off with nothing to building a world-class casino resort through hard work and perseverance confounding skeptics, and the people he acknowledges.
