Megan Fox had to share the limelight with a 16-foot yellow robot at the Tokyo premiere of Transformers 2 last night.
The 23-year-old beauty joined co-stars Shia LaBeouf, Isabel Lucas, Josh Duhamel, Ramon Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson at the Toho cinema in Roppongi Hills for the first screening of the sequel to the 2007 blockbuster and even the radio-broadcasting Autobot Bumblebee made the trip all the way to the land of the rising sun to world premiere the “Transformers” sequel, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.”
But she still made sure all eyes were on her with a beautiful Donna Karan purple dress, slashed to the thigh to reveal her perfect pins.

Thousands of Japanese fans turned out to catch a glimpse of Megan and co-stars Shia LaBeouf, Ramon Rodriquez and Josh Duhamel, who chatted and signed autographs on the red carpet.
And they gasped in amazement as a parked Camaro car on the red carpet suddenly turned into the yellow robot in a puff of smoke.
When sharing a red carpet with a 16ft robot, Megan Fox knew she’d have to go the extra mile to get attention.
The actress guaranteed she made a maximum impact at the world premiere of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in Tokyo with a striking figure-hugging purple gown.
Taking a style tip from seasoned red carpet veteran Liz Hurley, Megan showed off her fabulous legs in a slashed-to-the-thigh satin Donna Karan gown.
The film hottie is sure to lure in a big audience but with her looks, the fellas will find it hard to concentrate…
Former Home & Away actress Isabel Lucas plays Sam’s college friend
Hundred of Japanese fans queued for hours to see their idols, while only a lucky few managed to see the eagerly-anticipated film. Japanese fans (including some sumo wrestlers!) came out in droves to cheer on the stars, and their support was rewarded with photo ops and autographs.
The new movie sees Shia and Megan reprises their roles as teenage couple Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes, who team up with their Autobot robot friends to stop the Decepticons from destroying the planet.
At a recent press conference, Megan described her great chemistry with Shia.
She said: ‘He probably is my favourite person in the entire world. Shia makes me laugh harder than anybody I’ve ever known in my life. I end up crying or almost peeing myself every time I’m with him.
‘So he’s just my favourite – I love you Shia! And he’s really super-handsome.’
In a recent interview with Playboy magazine, Shia claimed he could see a potential romantic relationship with Megan in the future.
He said: ‘We’re attracted to each other, and I think you can see that in our scenes together. It’s very real and tangible, and you can tell something exists.
‘We could be shooting, and the relationship is suddenly on the rocks and then what? So we just never did anything about it.’
Megan is currently in a relationship with Beverly Hills, 90210 actor Brian Austin Green, who she has been dating for five years.
Earlier this year, Megan and Brian, 35, called off their two-year engagement after the actress declared she ‘wasn’t the marrying kind’, but are still in love and living together, despite rumours to the contrary.
Speaking on the red carpet, Megan thanked director Michael Bay for giving her a role in the original film, which launched her Hollywood career.
She said: ‘It’s mind-blowing. I think it has opened a lot of doors for me career-wise, but there is a certain loss of anonymity, like leaving your house and having people take your picture all the time. That is a different kind of life.’
Also on at premiere was the Sam’s robot pal Bumblebee, who transforms into the student’s Chevrolet Camaro.
This is only the first of many premieres these guys will attend for the film, so get ready to see a lot more Shia and Megan playing dress-up as the weeks progress. “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” opens on June 24.
