Angelina Jolie – I’ve Only Slept with Four Men

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is stunned by her man-eating reputation, insisting she has only ever slept with four men.

The Tomb Raider star claims she has only had sex with current partner Brad Pitt, former husbands Billy-Bob Thornton and Johnny Lee Miller and one other nameless man.

She tells Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine, “It was never true. I had only slept with four men in my life – and I married two of them!” In other news Jolie and Pitt are Planning A Bigger Bed – For More Kids?

Brad Pitt has started joking about buying a bigger bed because he and partner Angelina Jolie are running out of space as their family grows.

The couple has three adopted kids and a baby daughter and they all insist on sleeping with mum and dad.

He says, “We made a nine-foot-wide bed (and it’s) just big enough. One more (kid) and we’ll have to go to 11-feet (3.35 metres).”

So, are he and Jolie planning more children? Pitt says, “We’re not done. They say, ‘Any plans for a fifth?’ and I say, ‘And a sixth, and a seventh, and an eighth, and a ninth.’ That’s my answer.”

Angelina Jolie Is Virtually Nude In Beowulf

In one of the scenes in Beowulf, Angelina Jolie emerges from a lake without any clothes on.

The sexiest actress of the present day, Angelina Jolie, appears completely in the nude in the new Beowulf movie, in the scene where she emerges from a lake with her body covered only with golden liquid.

The film uses digital technology to portray the story’s protagonists but, fear not, the naked Angelina is not a mere computer animation.

The movie brims with action, brutality as well as sex appeal and minors are restricted from seeing it. Angelina embodies Grendel’s mother, the monster that is the source of all evil.

“My family supported my decision to appear in the movie and the role gave me the chance to do something less serious,” said Angelina.

Beowulf is a 2007 fantasy film directed by Robert Zemeckis. The film is an adaptation of the Anglo-Saxon epic poem Beowulf and was made using a special technique of digitally enhanced live action.

Based on the epic poem, Beowulf is about a man who comes to a town to rid it of the monstrosity known as Grendel who terrorizes it.

At Comic-Con International in July 2006, Neil Gaiman described the film as a “cheerfully violent and strange take on the Beowulf legend”, and that Gaiman said Beowulf would be released on November 22, 2007.

The following October, Beowulf was announced to be projected in 3-D in over a thousand theaters for its release date in November 2007. The studios planned to use 3-D projection technology that had been used by Monster House, Chicken Little, and 3-D re-release of The Nightmare Before Christmas, but on a larger scale than previous films.

Beowulf would additionally be released in 35mm alongside the 3-D projections.

Angelina Jolie Furious Over Brad and Gwyneth’s ‘Dirty Tricks’

Angelina Jolie is reportedly furious with Brad Pitt for agreeing to star in a new movie with his former fiancée Gwyneth Paltrow.

Brad and Gwyneth – who starred in ‘Se7en’ together and were once Hollywood’s hottest couple – have signed up to appear in new political drama ‘Dirty Tricks’, and Angelina is said to be seething with jealousy.

A source told Britain’s Star magazine: “She hit the roof when she found out. She seems consumed with jealousy.

“Angelina did not want Brad to do the project, but he signed up for it against her wishes. She doesn’t think Gwyneth has ever gotten over Brad. She even told him she will go away to France for two months when shooting starts, but Brad just told her, ‘Well, if that’s how you feel, go ahead.’ “

Brad and Angelina, 32, met on the set of action movie ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ and their romance blossomed shortly after Brad split from his then wife Jennifer Aniston.

Gwyneth, 34, once said she regretted splitting from Brad, 43, and admitted she would always only want the best for him.

The Oscar-winning actress is now married to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin. The couple have a three-year-old daughter, Apple, and a 15-month-old son, Moses, together.

Brad and Angelina – whose relationship is allegedly going through a rocky patch – have been together for over two years.

He is father to her three adopted children, Cambodian son Maddox, five, Vietnamese son Pax Thien, three, and two-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara.

The couple also have a 14-month-old biological daughter, Shiloh, together.

Natural High with Warm Sesame Oil Massage

“I love to put on lotion. Sometimes I’ll watch TV and go into a lotion trance for an hour. I try to find brands that don’t taste bad in case anyone wants to taste me.” ~ Angelina Jolie

The art & science of Ayurveda (a close cousin to Yoga) perceives, maps & speaks of the human body in terms of the three Doshas ~ Vata, Pitta and Kapha ~ each of which governs a different aspect of our lived experience.

Though all three Doshas operate within every (living) person, each of us manifests a unique (and ever-changing) combination of their attributes.

The predominant pattern of this combination within us gives rise to what is known as our Tri-Dosha “type,” or “constitution.”

The Vata Dosha, which will be the focus of this article, corresponds to the elements space and air. As such, it governs all movement in our human physiology, from the subtle, fleeting movement of thoughts across the screen of our mind, to the coursing of blood through our arteries and veins, to the movements of our limbs and pranic body in a yoga asana practice.

The Vata Dosha can be, within this system, divided further into five sub-doshas, each of which represents the functioning of Vata in a specific part of the body. These sub-categories (which correspond to Yogic divisions of Prana) are: prana, udana, vyana, samana & apana.

When Vata is in balance, we are alert and spontaneous in our mental, emotional & physical movements. Our intelligence is active in a relaxed and fluid way. We are spacious without being “spaced out.”

When Vata is out of balance, we manifest symptoms such as: worry, stress, anxiety, fatigue, an over-active mind, restlessness, agitation, difficulty sleeping and mood swings. There are also physical symptoms of out-of-balance Vata, such as dry skin or constipation … though my focus here is more on the emotional/mental aspects. [Just an aside: these are symptoms which are often given, within western medicine, the diagnosis of ADD or ADHD … hmmm …]

So how do we bring an out-of-balance Vata back into balance? Ayurvedic suggestions for doing this include:

(1) Maintaining a regular daily routine with respect to meal-times, exercise & relaxation, and sleeping times. Early to bed & early to rise tends to be best for Vata … and if you’re having trouble sleeping, try drinking a cup of warm milk with a pinch of ground nutmeg, right before bed.

(2) Eating warm cooked meals (as opposed to cold or raw foods) which include oils (e.g. ghee or sesame or sunflower oil) and/or oily foods (e.g. nuts, seeds, olives, avocados).
(3) Living in a warm moist climate with lots of fresh air and sunshine (e.g. Hawaii … or at the least, buy a humidifier!).
(4) Wearing clothing that is either warm (e.g. red, orange, yellow) or calming (e.g. green) in color.
(5) Choosing for leisure calming activities such as walks in nature or parks (see my previous post on “Walking Meditation”!)
(6) Treating yourself to a warm oil massage … the really yummy thing which will now be described in a bit more detail …

A delightful way of calming an out-of-balance Vata is to give yourself a warm-oil massage. The oil that is best to use for Vata imbalance is sesame oil (organic un-roasted cold-pressed is the very best).

So buy yourself some oil; warm up about 1/3rd cup or so (in a small pan on your stove, medium heat); turn up the heat in your house; spread a large towel or a sheet on the floor; and then ~ from head to foot (including your hair and scalp!) ~ work the warm oil into your skin, using circular massage-strokes.

When you’ve finished, cover up so that you stay really warm, and let the oil soak into your skin for a half-hour at least. After you’ve relaxed like this for a half-hour or hour, then take a warm shower, washing off any excess oil (which hasn’t by this time been absorbed into your skin). Apply a light moisturizing lotion after the shower (to “seal” the oil that’s already there) … and notice how you feel!

If you do this weekly or even daily, when you’re experiencing Vata-imbalance symptoms, you’ll very likely notice a shift … notice the balanced-Vata qualities of relaxed alertness and joyful spontaneity emerging once again.

Enjoy!

And to end (this article, and begin the rest of your day), what feels to me to be a very “Vata” poem (you can decide if it’s balanced or imbalanced!) by the great Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore (from his Gitanjali):

I am like a remnant of a cloud of autumn uselessly roaming in the sky, O my sun ever-glorious! Thy touch has not yet melted my vapour, making me one with thy light, and thus I count months and years separated from thee.

If this be thy wish and if this be thy play, than take this fleeting emptiness of mine, paint it with colours, gild it with gold, float it on the wanton wind and spread it in varied wonders.

And again when it shall be thy wish to end this play at night, I shall melt and vanish away in the dark, or it may be in a smile of the white morning, in a coolness of purity transparent.

Angelina Jolie, A Beautiful Woman Persecuted

Angelina Jolie is a decent human being. She donates one third of her enormous salary to her causes, and truly cares about humanity. So why is she being persecuted negatively by various media types, and other so-called celebrities?

Because she is drop dead gorgeous. It doesn’t matter that she is with Brad Pitt. Those two were meant to be together, because they respect each other. People are jealous of their relationship, and the media has tried to make their love a circus.

If she weren’t such a rare beauty, the cattiness wouldn’t be so severe, but women and even some men, are green with envy. The claws come out because of this.

Brad Pitt was more than ready to go his own way before they met, and when he met Angelina, he met a woman with a heart and someone with a sense of pride in his endeavors and other interests aside from acting, like architecture and charity work.

Now why would people even attempt to make negative comments about them, aside from the fact that they make a pathetic living doing so? Because they will never have a relationship with Brad Pitt, who is one of a kind as well, and they will never be as beautiful as Angelina.

Some well-known talk show hosts and reporters have said some very catty things about her, and it makes one wonder just when respectable journalism went out the window and shoddy reporting became the norm. If anything, these vultures should be criticized for their megalomaniac persona’s that go against the code of ethics journalists are suppose to adhere to.

They can’t attack Angelina’s true character, because she is decent. Who knows what skeletons are in their closets? They can’t attack her talent, because she has plenty of that, an Oscar to prove it. But they can go after the woman, and it is so pathetic to hear about her eyeliner, her being “too sexy” (as if there is such a thing) or how she poses on the red carpet, some calling it pompous.

Of course she holds her head up high, she has a lot to be proud of, and isn’t about to hide in the house away from media twits. For the lay people out there that don’t make their living following the graceful and poised Angelina and Brad like little lap dogs, don’t be jealous of what they have. Try to emulate what they do.

It is great to see celebrities doing so much more with their money than buying Rolexes, cars and mansions. If anything these two people should be praised, not persecuted, period.
