237 Reasons Why Women Have Sex

While figuring out what women want has stumped men for centuries, understanding how they think about sex may have just gotten easier. Cindy Meston and David Buss, psychologists at the University of Texas, interviewed over 1,000 women around the world for their book Why Women Have Sex and managed to come up with 237 reasons, ranging from the predictable — commitment — to the puzzling — curing a headache.

Spoiler alert: love may be further down on the list than one might think.

You co-authored a famous 2007 study “Why Humans Have Sex.” Why focus on women this time around?

We discovered that women’s sexual psychology turned out to be far more complex than we envisioned. It deserved an entire book-length treatment.

My Fave Masturbation Tips – How 8 Girls Get Orgasmic!

Glass Sex Toys

I think the glass toys are the best. They are hard and transfer heat very well. You can even pop them in the fridge for a really good time! I bought a few from phallixglass.com and they are not only fantastic to look at….but they make me orgasm like I never have before….um…I’ll be back in a few!

G-Spot Heaven

My best advice for women would be to find your G-spot! Seriously, you HAVE to if you haven’t already! I masturbated for years trying to find it by myself, and one day I searched and found a very graphic explanation on a web site, tried it and OMG! BEST thing EVER!

Pulsating Showerhead

My preferred method is to use the pulsating showerhead in the morning. You can change the spray settings, slow or fast, and you can move it around to simulate a tongue. I’ve had some really good, earth-shaking orgasms this way. Try it—you’ll love it!

Top 10 Sex Exercises For Wild Orgasmic Sex

Looking for a way to spice up your sex life? Exercise could be the answer. These exercises may not replicate typical sex moves, but each one will improve your sexual skills and performance. Working out will not only increase your sexual endurance, but it will also increase the amount of testosterone you produce, which will undoubtedly give rise to your desire and improve your performance.

Improve Thrust

The plank: Lie down on your stomach on a floor mat. Place your weight on your toes and forearms, and raise your body off the mat. Make sure your shoulders and back are perfectly parallel to the floor, and that your back isn’t arched. Hold this position for two minutes. Focus on keeping your stomach tight and your back straight; this will work your entire core.

Swiss ball crunches: Position the small of your back on a Swiss ball. Place your hands behind your head and slowly raise your upper body until you feel a strong tension in your abdominal muscles. Return to the starting position and repeat. For an added challenge, hold a five-pound weight over your head while completing the movement.

Leg raises: Lie down on your back and, keeping your legs straight, lift them until they are at a 90º angle with the floor. Carefully return your legs to the starting position (but don’t let them touch the floor) and repeat the lift. To prevent lower back pain, keep your lower back pressed flat against the mat.

The Benefits

A strong, controlled thrust can drastically improve how sex feels for both you and her. If you have weak abdominal and core muscles, you simply will not have the strength and power to maintain it, which will result in random and awkward movements. By performing these exercises at least twice a week, you will strengthen your core and thrusting abilities.

Smart Girls Love Wild Sex & Get The Bestest Orgasms

Beauty may bag you a man – but brains will bring you more fun in the bedroom.

Women blessed with ‘emotional intelligence’ – the ability to express their feelings and read those of others – have better sex lives, research shows.

Those most in touch with their feelings have twice as many orgasms as inhibited sorts, the study found.

The finding could lead to new ways of counselling the 40 per cent of women who find it difficult or impossible to enjoy sex fully.

Researcher Tim Spector of King’s College London said there were definite advantages to being a touchy-feely type.

He said: ‘These findings show that emotional intelligence is an advantage in many aspects of your life, including the bedroom.’

Crazy Wild ‘Gourmet Sex’ Is The Secret To Making Babies

Forget books, special diets and particular times of the month. Couples who want a baby should put their energy into having the wild, uninhibited sex of their early days together.

The better their quality of love-making, the greater their chances of conception, scientists say. What one fertility expert calls “gourmet sex” – where both partners take time to ensure the other has a satisfying experience – gives a couple the best chance of producing a baby.

“Couples who are trying to have a baby often mention that the sex becomes a bit of a chore, a bit mechanical and routine. That’s the wrong thing to be doing,” said Dr Allan Pacey, a senior lecturer in andrology at Sheffield University.

“The sex should be as wild and thrilling as it was when they first met, when they weren’t thinking about babies, to give them the maximum possible chance of having a baby,” added Pacey, secretary of the British Fertility Society.

With Sex Surrogates, Sex Therapy Means Having Real Sex

Rita Bell is a sex surrogate, which means men pay her to have sex with them as a way of resolving their sexual problems. Though she doesn’t have actual intercourse with every client, there is usually some form of sexual contact, since the men come to her with specific difficulties, like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or its opposite, “retarded ejaculation.” There are several differences between her work and prostitution: She talks to her clients at length about their dysfunctions, and she looks less like Julia Roberts than like a zaftig hippie aunt.

But she advertises in the same publications prostitutes do, and her married clients never tell their wives. In a city where image is everything, it seems the difference between a prostitute and a sex surrogate is the difference between pornography and erotica: lighting.

Rita grew up in a liberal, sex-positive family and went to a Seven Sisters school in the seventies, where “people were very free about sexuality,” she tells me as we sit in her cozy prewar living room. After graduating, she worked in the film industry, and in 1986, she saw a documentary about a sex surrogate in California and became intrigued. Later, she began seeing a female psychologist who knew a surrogate who was looking for help. Continue reading ›
